Manila, Philippines - On June 29, 2024, leaders and representatives from various sectors in the country gathered in person to tackle the state of governance in the Philippines. The Good Governance Conference 2024 (GoodGovCon 2024), hosted by GoodGovPH, co-presented by the Open Government Partnership - Department of Budget and Management and Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Metro Manila Hub, aimed to provide a platform to discuss and create a comprehensive strategy to combat all forms of corruption in our society. Moreover, the conference sought to establish an all-inclusive and proactive framework for transparent and accountable governance at all levels.
