The GoodGovPH Youth Board and Fellowship is a youth leadership and capacity-building program that aims to empower young advocates into champions of good governance.

The GoodGovPH Youth Board and Fellowship is a youth leadership and capacity-building program that aims to empower young advocates into champions of good governance. It is composed of youth leaders aged 18 to 24 who lead and implement projects for youth engagement in good governance.

Sean is a second-year BA Political Science student at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Isaiah graduated with a degree in Multimedia Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). He is now the Executive Director of the Philippine Institute for Student Democracy (PISD).


He previously led the drafting and ratification of the 2022 Student Constitution as Chair of the Provisional Committ

She is also a member of Angat Iskolar PUP and a former Interact Club officer.


With a strong voice for student rights and democratic leadership, she is helping shape a future led by empowered youth.

As a student activist and writer, he amplifies marginalized narratives, especially from the LGBTQ+ community, using storytelling as a tool for resistance and healing.


He co-founded Wika at Aral, a youth-led literacy initiative promoting mother tongue-based education, and is active in Green Check for environmental justice and KATRIBU-PUP for Indigenous rights. Through the Political Science Society’s Publication Committee, he helps shape narratives that inspire dialogue and youth-led change.

A distinguished youth leader from Marikina City, she is Chairperson of the United Nangka Organization (UNO), a member of the Junior Jaycees of Marikina, and a recipient of the 2024 Youth Leadership Excellence Award.


She was Editor-in-Chief of The Auctor at NSDGA Marikina and represented the Philippines in the 2019 World Einstein Hunt Robotics Competition. Most recently, she took part in the 11th International Youth Forum in New York City, continuing her advocacy for youth empowerment and community leadership.
