GoodGovPH is led by a volunteer group of young civil servants, professionals, civic leaders, and students involved in the fields of governance and public policy.
The Executive Committee (Execomm) leads GoodGovPH's flagship programs and activities. It is composed of a diverse group of good governance advocates—varying in age, fields, expertise, and sectors.

He has been engaged in youth leadership, civic education, and good governance advocacy within and beyond the campus. In college, he served as President of the LIPAD Atenista and Chairperson of the Ateneo Task Force for the 2025 Midterm Elections.

Zanti is a senior BS Health Sciences student at Ateneo de Manila University and has been a campus journalist for over twelve years. He served as Media and Communications Director for the GoodGovPH Youth Board, leading the visual branding of the organization’s flagship events and strategizing campaigns for anti-corruption and integrity.
In 2022, Zanti was one of two Filipino finalists for the Global Student Prize by Chegg.org and the Varkey Foundation. He has participated in national pitch and advocacy competitions focused on information systems, public health, and science communication. His current work in health policy centers on LGBTQ+ health, and his interests also include literary writing—particularly flash fiction and essays. As a health sciences major, his research and advocacy explore the intersections of health, policy, and sustainability.

A member of UP Polis and AIESEC in UP Manila, he combines academic rigor with hands-on leadership as a current intern at the National Citizens’ Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL), the Philippines’ pioneering election watchdog.
He currently leads as President of the Red Cross Youth Muntinlupa Branch Youth Council, driving humanitarian initiatives, and was recognized as the Rizal Red Cross Youth Gawad Kabataan Awardee and Most Outstanding Rizal Red Cross Youth Leader (MORRCYL) in 2023. His commitment to public service is further underscored by his recent achievement as a Civil Service Eligible (Professional Level), having passed the March 2024 Career Service Examination.

He remains steadfast in bridging, policy, advocacy, and grassroots action to empower communities and drive systemic change.

In 2023, she was elected Vice President of the PLM College of Public Administration Student Council. During her term, she authored the first-ever CPA-SC resolution, establishing the various committees of the council for Academic Year 2023-2024. This became the foundation of PAghirang, an annual call for aspiring student leaders within the college to take part in leadership and service. In 2022, she served as the Deputy for Research of the PLM Supreme Student Council under the Commission on Collegiate and Civic Affairs, and was one of the founding committee members of the PLM Pre-Law Society.
Most recently, in February 2025, she led an official side event of the 2025 OGP Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting titled ‘The Youth Response: Igniting Action Against Corruption’. The event gathered over 150 young leaders and advocates championing open governance, civic engagement, and the anti-corruption movement.
Carrying forward the causes she has stood for, Gab remains steadfast in her mission to empower young Filipinos and continue serving her kapwa with purpose and integrity.

Coby is a youth leader, public servant, and good governance advocate. He graduated with a degree in Communication, summa cum laude, at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (2024) where he received the 2024 Rizal Award for Exemplary Leadership and was recognized as its Most Outstanding University Student, among others.
In 2021, he served as one of the Program Directors for GoodGovPH’s Seal of Good Youth Governance (SGYG) and was recognized as its Member of the Year. He also led and has been part of various student governments and organizations in the country, learning from and building shared stories of Filipino youth.
He is currently a project staff member on adaptive organizations and systems, and digital governance at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG).
The Board is composed of multi-sectoral representatives who provide guidance and mentorship to GoodGovPH's members. The Secretariat supports GoodGovPH's advocacy programs through knowledge management, resource mobilization, human resource development, and monitoring and evaluation.
