GoodGovPH is led by a volunteer group of young civil servants, professionals, civic leaders, and students involved in the fields of governance and public policy.
The GoodGovPH Youth Board and Fellowship is a youth leadership and capacity-building program that aims to empower young advocates into champions of good governance. It is composed of 20-25 officers aged 18 to 24 who will lead and implement projects for youth engagement in good governance.

Shannen Dilapdilap holds an Accountancy degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina and has over a decade’s worth of experience as a marketing and advertising practitioner.
Shannen was GoodGovPH’s Finance and Logistics Director from 2020 to 2022, successfully securing grants from various instiitutional partners.

He spends his free time doing research and writing about legal and policy issues surrounding his areas of interest including politics, government administration, public officials, elections, human rights, and tech.
He has published a total of ten articles in premier law journals in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific.

She has a Public Administration degree (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines, where she served as co-convener of the Philippine Good Governance Summit in 2019.

Aster was GoodGovPH’s Communications Director from 2019 to 2022. He led and designed the visual identity of the organization and its programs, such as Bantay Bayan, Simulan Natin, GoodGovCon, and the Seal of Good Youth Governance.

He previously served as Deputy Director for Operations of GoodGovPH's Civic Engagement Committee and Chairperson of the PUP House of Parliamentarians (2021-2022).
